This turnkey skid mounted decanter centrifuge system is based around a Centrisys model CS21-4 3-phase decanter centrifuge. The CS21-4 is a 4.2:1 LD ratio machine. 21″ / 530mm bowl. Depending on the application and process, this machine will dewater bio sludges with 2-phase flow rates from 120-160gpm & process 3-phase from 50-100 gpm. System features a NEMA 4x control panel with Allen Bradley PLC and Panelview OIT. Unit is provided with a screw conveyor, progressive cavity feed pump, liquid polymer blending system, oil & water catch tank with transfer pumps for both phases.
