This turnkey skid mounted decanter centrifuge system is based around a Centrisys model CS18-4 2-phase decanter centrifuge. The CSX450 is a 4:1 LD ratio machine. 18″ / 450mm bowl. Depending on the application and process, this machine will dewater bio sludges with 2-phase flow rates from 50-120gpm. System features a NEMA 4x control panel with Allen Bradley PLC and Panelview OIT. Unit is provided with a either a cake pump or screw conveyor, progressive cavity feed pump & liquid polymer blending system.
