Depending on the application and process, this machine will dewater bio sludges with 2-phase flow rates from 120-160gpm & process 3-phase from 50-100 gpm. System features a NEMA 4x control panel with Allen Bradley PLC and Panelview OIT. Unit is provided with a screw conveyor, progressive cavity feed pump, liquid polymer blending system, oil & water catch tank with transfer pumps for both phases.
